iPhone 6 was as described on the outside and shipping was timely...phone worked great and was pleased for a couple months with this purchase...then the issues started rearing up. Within a couple months the screen separated from the phone, resulting in having to attempt gluing it but eventually we paid to replace it. Also something was goofy with the plug in port/speaker when headphones were plugged in they didn't work at all, scratchy sounds was all...then phone volume wouldn't work as it acted like headphones were still connected!? Resulted in having to replace that piece too...reception with this phone is terrible, difficult to get calls through...husband and I have the same iphones purchased new through our carrier and not these issues...was great at first and was happy originally about this "find", but after two months things went south and I think we were sold a bit of a lemon...would rather have spent money upfront at this point for new phone with warranty!!

Super helpful, however phone was delivered without a charger. I should have read in detail to make sure one was included.
