I didn't put the right address on at first and they responded very quickly when I asked if I could change my address and the whole switch was very easy. The shipping was pretty fast too!

Unfortunately the temporary fix you did to fix the button did not last long. stuffing material behind the button to make it click is not a fix, it is fraud. It just cost me $80 to have it replaced correctly.

Initially the phone didn't work. because of Sprint's mistake. But at the time the seller had no idea what was going on and neither did Sprint's counter people. The seller worked with me (a novice) for several days to unravel a catch 22 to get a beautifully working phone.

Shipping Policies

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
