another great transaction!

Phone for some reason did not work on Verizon per their tech support. Seller promptly refunded price and return shipping cost. Seller dealt with the situation very fairly.

Phone exactly as described and in excellent condition.

Happy with the sale & service!

Phone arrived with scratches on the screen that were not identified in the sale listing. Seller offered to exchange with another phone, but not wanting to have to deal with more back and forth shipping, I chose instead to accept the seller's partial refund. While that refund resulted in a mostly a fair price for the condition of the phone, and the seller was responsive during the process, I left the experience rather disappointed due to the following two issues:

1) While the seller said that he was doubling the amount he was refunding me for my trouble, he actually wasn't. Comparing the prices of other phones he has listed and their scoring indicated that the amount of money he was offering to refund (which he would not go above) was in fact consistent with what he would normally charge for that score. There was no "doubling" for my trouble.

2) The seller was unable to transfer AppleCare to me, which I understand is not promised in the listing, but was disappointing nonetheless.

Quick delivery... but Seller did not insure when shipping and never honors their own warranty when the phone was found out to be financed.
