Phone is great; shipping was fast. (We dodged a bullet because the mail carrier delivered the package to the wrong address one street over and I only found out because I saw the delivery confirmation notice come up from USPS and tracked him down on the street.) Shipping Policies

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
