The phone is in great shape! A few scratches on the back, a light spot on the screen, and the Touch ID does not work but that was in the listing. Other than that, everything works extremely well!

Phone is flawless! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took 4 business to be shipped instead of 1-2. Received 6 business days after initial sale. Other than that- great customer service and phone! Will be doing business again with Wisephone ER.

Shipping Policies

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
