update (9/7/23): The phone looked good on arrival. However at the T-mobile store they were unable to get the phone to recognize the Sim Card. It would not activate. The return was authorized and returned for a refund.
The process of communication and refund was slow but ultimately accomplished.
I am grateful for the honoring of the return since the phone wouldn't work as represented. I am willing to order again from Swappa and hope this was a "one off" experience.
The shipping took 6 days not the 2 days as listed. (Ordered 8/8/23, received 8/14/23). The shipping was unsatisfactory.
