Packaging I would consider secure. Phone placed in a bubble sleeve. But easily could be jostled inside the box, recommend more bubble wrap or something thicker.

When I purchased a phone with them there was an issue with some technical side of the phone. I contact the them and they got back with me in a timely fashion and helped with the issue. ordered an advertised "mint condition" phone on a friday afternoon with express shipping - in which the website offers next day shipping (including sat).
phone shipped out mon. received on wednes - non operable.
when diagnosed at the local authorized apple - digitizer was broken.
battery was tested at 250 somethin cycles - operating at about 84%. i don't consider that "mint"
cost 85 bucks to repair. tiger phones reimbursed 45, when agreeing to repair of 60 +tax. still cheaper than sending it back to them and waiting for another defunct.
