At first I was sent a phone that was listed as AT&T but it would not work with my AT&T sim because it was apparently actually a Cricket phone using the AT&T network. They were really great about it and offered me a full refund or replacement. I decided to get a replacement and they processed my return and got the new phone to me very fast! The new phone is in good condition and seems to work great.

Shipping Policies
We know you are excited to receive your item, so we do our best to ship it FAST and package it SECURELY. Orders ship SAME DAY if ordered before 3 PM Eastern M-F. We ship all orders by USPS First-Class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item's typically arrive in 3-5 mailing days from order date.
