I am giving a neutral rating overall and here's why.... This was supposed to be a New phone, which means New and unopened in the factory box. What I received was a phone that was in some other box wrapped in bubble wrap. The IMEI I received matched the listing, so this wasn't an instance of being sent the wrong phone. This was a corporate seller that clearly didn't understand Swappa's definition of new. And they are getting a neutral rating because they did pay for return shipping and promptly refunded me the full amount. I had to tell them three different times that I wanted a refund and not an exchange though.

Perfect condition as advertised and fast shipping. No complaints whatsoever.
