I received the phone quickly. I appreciate the thorough packaging that kept the phone safe. It works well and does everything I need it to. Only slight criticism is that the screen of the phone had a couple extra light surface scratches than what I saw in the pictures. However, I don’t notice them while the phone is on and I’m using it. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
