Phone came in with screen burn in. Got my money back but it took about two weeks altogether to get a refund after reporting the damage and all

In the end, I actually kept the phone but the problem we encountered on this transaction was taken care of and they gave me the reassurance I needed to know our problem would be solved.

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
