Phone arrived quickly and in mint condition as stated in the sale. This is the second of three purchased in the week. So far have received the first two and am very happy! Best place to go to get replacement phones for your kids' cell phones when they all manage to crack their screens on their existing s4 and s5 actives within the same week!

Phone listed as new was a used demo phone, not accurately listed. Seller was not interested in adjusting the price accordingly, but instead paid for return shipping and completed a refund. Disappointing sale that was an inconvenience for all, but I wasn't out any money, just my time.

Shipping Policies

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policies

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
