The seller traded the phone I originally purchased, for another one. But they were promp and i recieved my phone in like new condition, save for a few scratches on the back. Was supposed to be a new phone.

Phone looked like new. Arrived very quickly. I am canceling my insurance coverage through my wireless service as it cost more to do a claim through them than going here and purchasing a replacement. And I won't have that monthly fee anymore which is going up. Would recommend this seller. Thanks for great service.

Shipping Policies

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policies

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
