I ordered on a Friday, and received it on the following Monday! Outstanding service! And the product? No complaints here! Exactly as listed. If anything, better than I expected. I just wish I would have had the extra cash to get the extended warranty....just in case. Because this company seems to be the type that will stand behind what they sell. Next electronics I need.... I WILL be back!!!

Shipping Policies

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policies

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
