Phone (Galaxy S5, Black 16GB, ATT) was advertised New (Retail). Item received was not in advertised condition. The phone's water exposure sticker has wear on it (scuffs/pinholes)
The fingerprint/heart rate sensor has scuffs/debris on its lens. The charging/data port has dust in it. This phone is clearly used; It's in decent condition (Swappa condition should be "GOOD" not "NEW") and I asked for a return label to mail it back; Seller did not offer to pay for return shipping. I don't have time to pay for return shipping or to send the phone back; Also did not want to have to pay the Swappa fee AND return shipping just to return it. I will not buy from The Wireless Circle again.

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policies

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
