Seller notified me prior to shipping that there was a problem with the phone after additional testing. They promptly refunded my account. Thanks for the notification and refund.
I did not receive all ordered items: was sent a phone in mint condition w/o the charger, even though I purchased a phone in a factory sealed box with charger. On top of this, the phone was locked, but I managed to unlock it. Then it blacked out, again I was able to get it going. I contacted the seller who claims he sent me return label but never did. I am stuck with the mint phone, using my old charger. This company is not honest. Will never by from them again.

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.
Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
