Phone was late by just a day, but it appeared to be an error with USPS. The phone is in exactly the shape I was expecting - everything works as expected; cameras are great, storage space is great, and the phone itself is fully functional.

The Quest appeared to work fine the first day, but then the left controller started showing the SOS lights. None of the suggested fixes work so we’ll have to buy a new controller.
