We've been in the electronics business for well over a whole decade now, focusing on the second-hand market of generally gently-used cell phones, smartwatches, and tablets, only now looking forward to serving even more people through Swappa!

Please also make sure your address is correct! We are unable to amend orders once placed.
Packages ship within one business day of payment confirmation (or two calendar days during holidays and weekends).
We reserve the right to refuse any business at our sole discretion, and do not ship outside of the United States or to freight-forwarders if we suspect fraud.
No local pick-ups whatsoever; sorry.
Orders above a certain monetary amount will require a signature on delivery.

•We have a 14 day return policy, meaning any returns must be received within 14 calendar days of delivery, inclusive, as reported by the shipping carrier used (refunds, if any, are based on Swappa policy)
•Item must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories
•Buyer pays return shipping, and a 10% restocking may apply
