Phone was refurbished but listed as used. Took it to Samsung to replace the screen as it was giving issues. They said the front and back screen, and front camera were not original parts. Told the seller about the screen not being original and phone was refurbished, and they said I should have known that just by looking at the pictures in the listing instead of including it in the description. Swappa told them to give a refund and they refused. Seller is offered 100 US partial refund.
