Phone came as listed!
Screen had 2 scratches. Kinda lame for a mint listing. Phone arrived behind schedule. (Ups is probably to blame here; shipping drop off was super fast). Possibly the most annoying thing about this transaction was that the true depth camera didn't work making face id irrelevant and we have had to deal with apple in regards to the warranty. Kinda annoying for a phone that was listed as "mint". What would have been the outcome had the phone not been inside the manufacturer warranty? Shouldn't have been listed as mint.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive the device, based on the tracking delivery date.
• Items will be exchanged for any functionality issues reported within the 30-day period. In case of return, please allow us 2 business working days to inspect the device before issuing a replacement or refund.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart), a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
• The warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart) or damaged externally or internally by the purchaser.
• Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept returns solely due to the presence of replacement parts.
Please note that any functional problems should be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
