The phone ended up being defective, with a known Pixel issue that had an extended warranty.

Google/ubreakifix kept delaying the repair and saying the part wasn't available, or telling us we needed to pay out of pocket to fix it even though it was covered by an extended warranty.

We ended up just giving up and trading in this phone for another phone during a TMO promotion.

Sellworld did offer to work things out and give a partial refund or what not, but with how long it took to figure out things with Google we ended up not pursuing that.

This all happened years ago, I just realized I had never marked this sale as complete.

Received the phone, everything works great and quality is as described.
