Huge headache.
The phone was in good condition and was listed as Verizon, but when I tried to activate it, Verizon would not allow me to because the phone was blacklisted. This resulted in my Verizon account being investigated and many hours on the phone with customer service. It has been a major problem.
Thankfully, this seller fully refunded my purchase along with the cost of shipping it back to them, which I appreciate.
