see, the nice thing about having forgotten to leave a review back when I first got the phone is that now, 4 years later, I can actually vouch for the fact that it LASTED and REMAINED a good phone for the full 4 years, until I finally klutzed it to death. I bought phones for my kids at the same time as this one and none of them had problems with the phones - all still in use, except the one that got run over :-p
