This is the second iPhone 11 Pro Max that I bought. The first one was an Amazon renewed premium that had all kinds of problems and had to be returned, this one though has been perfect. At first I was worried about the battery health being 84% but so far I’ve had no problems. Skip all the other sellers on here that have deals with Swappa and won’t allow you to ask any questions. This seller is the real deal and I will seek him out for my next upgrade.
Phone came super fast within 2 days! And it was really packaged with care more than I’ve seen from other sellers, which I appreciate very much! Will definitely buy from you again! :) The one thing I wish was better, were the photos of the damage on the camera and sides. But please don’t take that as a super negative from my experience! It’s no big deal! I’d still give you a 10/10 in terms of your business! Thank you and take care! :)

Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, typically on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order is received. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipment date.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, commercial addresses or freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with any of these addresses will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.
Please verify the address on your account, as we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect, the order will be canceled. We cannot ship to a different address, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
