We take on the responsibility to ensure customers aren't skeptical about purchasing a pre-owned device, by testing all components and studying the history on every device, we can assure customers are getting a fully functional unit. We provide the best service and options for purchasing a pre-owned device by offering trade-ins, financing and leasing options. We understand time is valuable and we want to remove all the hassle and time consuming that it takes to buy a device from a private party, we do all that work for you and deliver it to your doorsteps.

We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, typically on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order is received. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipment date.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, commercial addresses or freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with any of these addresses will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.

Please verify the address on your account, as we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect, the order will be canceled. We cannot ship to a different address, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Review orders carefully, as cancellations incur a 5% fee.
For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
