Ordered the phone, upon receiving the phone, I got it setup, and it almost worked perfectly. When you put it on speaker phone the microphone stops working. The seller said they would take it back and fix it or send another phone, but the seller just refunded the money.
Very positive experience, product is just like was promised and it was packed well. I recommend!

Shipping Policies
We dispatch orders via UPS or USPS, typically on the same business day or the next, depending on the time your order is received. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the shipment date.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes, commercial addresses or freight forwarding companies. Orders placed with any of these addresses will be automatically canceled and subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.
Please verify the address on your account, as we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect, the order will be canceled. We cannot ship to a different address, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Return & Refund Policies

For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
