I received this phone a little over a month ago and it currently is not working. I did not have any issues with shipping, and it worked well for about the first three weeks. I have always gotten an alert about the battery though, that said something like the phone could not detect the health of the battery. I assume this means the original battery was replaced. I started noticing issues with it when I had to use Zoom on my phone. I know Zoom is very draining, so I always plugged it in when using it but even with the phone plugged in, it would die without warning before my hour long Zoom call was supposed to end. This did not happen with my previous phone (iphone 7). Then last week I downloaded the most recent update and it has not worked since and is completely unusable at this point, even after trying to do several hard resets on it. We are purchasing a new battery for it today and I hope that will fix it.
