Sale is complete- I paid just fine. Phone screen locked after all my info xfrd; did not want to send back. No real concern for my privacy so I bought from W Cell, also on Swappa so I could get phone until i solved screen issue. W Cell phone was the test case that nothing on my end was causing issue as all went smoothly. Then brought phone into local Phone Doctor and they got screen to work again after a "soft reset" So though recell even thought touch screen might need replacement, it did not. Unfortunately, some do. Don't xfr phone info w financial info on your notes- if it gets stuck all they want is phone back and your password. Unsatisfactory. I just wanted phone to work and help without sending phone back since it was now personalized. Swappa and recell were weak in this area, so it was not great experience for me. If you're a middle east trader, you might have luck w recell. if not, I hope phone is perfect. 5% seem not so. All PayPal policies will demand return of phone.

Quick sale and shipping. Seller was able to answer questions and respond to requests in a reasonable time. I would do business with them again!

USPS took more than 20 days to deliver the item. The seller provided the item as described and in good condition. I would have liked the shipping issue to be resolved sooner or differently. The holiday season can be difficult. I'm really just glad the item came at all.
