Not sure if I received the exact phone that was in the listing pictures but it was still in good shape.
Seller rated "7.5/10 Condition or better". I'd say it was easily 8.4/10. The overall condition was in my eyes barely used. As stated the battery was 84% health, which is great for this age device and the only thing not making it a 10. That is the only sign of this being a used device. Excellent.
