the phone was just what i wanted !!! thank you ! it shipped at a decent time & was packaged nicely so it wouldn’t break. UPDATE : u sent me the wrong GB capacity. i wanted 128 and got 64 GB :(

The phone I bought had a glitch on the keyboard and the screen was dim with a green tint. When I sent it back they offered to fix the keyboard, but told me that every phone would have the green tint (was not mentioned in the description). I asked for a refund and they obliged, but the swappa staff had to remind them because it took too long, and then I got a notification that they had attempted to refund me for less than I was entitled to, And the payment had failed. I brought this up and they did fix it eventually. Turned out fine, but still wouldn't recommend.
