I purchased an Iphone a week ago. After waiting to receive the phone I paid for, I received a message from the Swappa staff to report a dispute with Paypal as the phone never shipped out from this seller. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. IT IS FRAUDULENT. The item has not arrived. No tracking information was sent to me. No communications whatsoever from this seller. I filed a dispute with Paypal and if that does not work, I'll file a dispute with my credit card shortly for Fraud. This will be my first and last time ordering from this seller. BUYERS BE AWARE.

The original phone that was sent had screen damage. The seller was very quick to respond and provide free shipping back to them. A replacement phone was sent after about a week (a different phone). Altogether, not a bad experience and handled in a professional manner.
