Seller sent the wrong item initially, but promptly and helpfully provided a return shipping label and exchanged for the correct item. Good, timely, pleasant customer service.
Received phone surprisingly fast, fully working only light scratches and ticks on the side of phone as listed. Would recommend buying from this seller again.

I have owned several used galaxy phones and purchased from swappa. This one doesn't hold a charge for long slow etc. Not thrilled with this one.

Return & Refund Policies
