My Galaxy s10 5g came like it was straight out of the factory, but did not come with a charger or brick, which isnt a big deal since it was never mentioned if it would come with a charger or not.

Excellent Condition

The item came very quickly and appeared to be in great condition. However, after only 2 months (the warranty was for 1 month), the screen became unresponsive. I had the phone fixed (board repaired) and the technical report stated that the phone had been previous opened and was missing a key component for the touch screen on the board. I thought that this seller would have checked for these kinds of issues before reselling the phone. I believe in buying used instead of new, as we have so many phones and precious metals already in circulation, however it's really hard to convince others to do this as well when the phone breaks (and requires a costly repair) after own two months. I'll continue to buy used, but won't buy from this seller nor on this platform again.
