Great service! The phone showed up and one of the buttons was sticky. They had me troubleshoot a few items and it did not work. They covered the cost of shipping it back and provided me and swapped out the phone with one that didn't have the issue.

This was going to be our second purchase from this retailer and the second time that there was a "inventory issue" and they needed to offer us a different phone. The first time we agreed to take the deal for what we thought was a compatible phone, but it was a lesser quality phone with multiple scratches on the screen and a nonstandard battery that when you turned on the phone gave you an error. The second time there was a "inventory issue" we felt that it was a bait and switch tactic and just cancelled the sale not trusting that we would get a phone like the one we actually saw the pictures of.
