Item was received not as described. Full refund was eventually issued but seller was not remorseful and did not pay for return shipping despite seller's mistake. Seller admitted that a new worker may have made the mistake of listing the item as mint despite obvious scratches on the screen and back case. This was a hassle to return and ask for a refund.
