I received my phone in great condition. However, they sent an off-brand charger that didn't even work with my iPhone. When I reached (and had Swappa reach out) about this I didn't get any response from this seller UNTIL Swappa threatened to hold their account. Instead of sending me a charger that fits my phone they refunded me $5 (not enough to buy a new iPhone charger!).

Overall, disappointed. You shouldn't have to reach out multiple times over a few weeks for a company to make things right.

Phone came in quick and in great condition.

Quality item delivered quickly but poorly pkgd. Phone fell out of open ended, loosely wrapped "bubble wrap" when removed from mailing box. Very fortunate not to have broken screen or cracked case. If seller reads this, please take note.

An only dissatisfaction: There is a little tiny black dot at the left, middle edge of the screen where no light or color appearing. It should be a tiny defect of the screen. Doesn't look like affecting the overall performance, and hardly notice most of the time. Take it.
