Phone was perfect. Came right on time to get wrapped up as a Christmas present.

Advertised Mint condition, sent a phone with several obvious scratches on it (good to very good condition at best), required Swappa staff to pressure the refund a week after return was received, didn't refund shipping costs even though it was clear false advertising, strongly recommend against this seller

I recently bought an iPhone 7 from you and a few days after I received it, it started to malfunction - it said that it was “unable to connect to the cellular network”, and when I contacted Apple about this issue, they told me that the phone matched a specific model number that had this issue, but that they would not be able to accept the phone for repair because it modifications had been made prior to my purchasing it. I would like to return the phone as it is now completely useless, or would like to exchange it for another iPhone 7 without this issue. Please let me know how you can help.

Arrived in mint condition as promised.

I wish to return the iPhone 8 I purchased from you through Swappa. THere must have been some misunderstanding , it was listed as "MINT", like new, which it clearly was not. Further you did not include the dongle for the earphone jack, the earphones, or the charging cord and brick that the other "MINT"phones that were listed included. The battery life is nearly expired.. Perhaps you had made a honest mistake in misrepresenting the listing. I would have never order a used phone, if it were not "mint"condition, and paid extra for that designation.    I hope you could respond immediately for an arrangement for refund , in a 3 day or less . As it was meant as my grandson's gift for Christmas. Otherwise I will seek refund as per PayPal resolution, and /or stop payment process on  my Visa card.

This is a gift for a friend. He has not as yet activated the phone so I'm not sure about its performance.
