Phone came as advertised. Arrived expeditiously, and seller communicated frequently and clearly. AppleCare is still functioning as advertised, and phone in near mint condition. Only a tiny hairline scratch on screen that likely was not even noticed. I would do business with this seller again, and will likely continue to use Swappa after this positive experience.

Product received was as expected.

I purchased an iPhone 5s from seller Star Wholesale, a trusted Swappa seller. Phone arrived unable to be charged. I returned it and received a refund from seller (and sale fee from Swappa), but seller never reimbursed me for return shipping and insurance as requested by Swappa even though seller clearly offered it. Communication was good during the sale, but stopped entirely during the dispute resolution phase. I recommend buyers be clear and cautious.

I wish i could give the seller a zero. I purchased a phone that was shipped out on time but was marked as un-deliverable for some reason by USPS. As far as i know it was lost by USPS. This was quite evident from the tracking yet the seller was reluctant to refund me my money stating that he wanted me to wait at least 30 days until his issue was resolved with USPS although that was not my fault and i didn't ship anything with USPS. His reluctance was despite me advising that i needed back the money on my card in order to buy another phone from another seller by a specific time. In trying to resolve with him he also made statements such as " I am not making a lot of profit from the phone and wont be absorbing the lost alone. I eventually had to file a dispute with Paypal that was resolved in less than one week. I am normally one who doesn't write anything online but as this was my worst online experience ever i felt the need to.

Incorrectly advertised device as unlocked. Refund rather than fulfill sale.

The sale went well though we did have a shipping delay that was out of the sellers hand. Only complaint was they were a little slow with communication but it wasn't a big deal. I would do business with them again
