Packaged arrived earlier than anticipated and the phone was just as expected! I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller!
Would definitely buy from seller again, phones were in great condition.
Delay in shipping by one day, not a huge deal. Phone was listed as "Mint" but arrived with two small scuffs on the corners. Not enough to make me want to return it, esp since you can't even see the marks because I'm using a cover, but phone was not exactly "Mint". Would certainly buy from this seller again.
Better than excpected
Seller claimed fast shipping, same day most times, but my order shipped 3 days after buying. Even Swappa claims shipping with a tracking number should happen after 2 days. So, can't believe either seller or Swappa. The phone condition is as described by seller, except T-Mobile says it is locked; seller claimed it is unlocked.

Got the phone, my wife uses it and likes it very much.
Item had a small nick in screen which I wasn’t expecting, small scratches yes but not a nick. Tad bit more beat up then I would say a Grade “B” item should be.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
