I would say the overall experience was good. I wouldn't give a bad review. I'm not sure what happened but I got a Silver phone instead of Gold. The label and all said Gold. So am just gonna assume it was a genuine mistake. The phone is in pristine condition. Definitely like new. I hope to do further business with you guys.

weird/un-nerving shipping updates.....one day usps was waiting for the phone then all of a sudden i get a notification its being delivered lol. Phone works great, is in good shape.
Phone is as described. A rare gem. Seemingly perfect. Only one minor complaint... Nearly complete lack of shipping info from seller. Actually received tracking the morning the phone arrived. One person did reply early on saying they would get the tracking info posted , but never did until I wrote a second time, and the info appeared online, and the phone arrived an hour later.

Absolutely no communication. No tracking number on shipment.
Everything was fine, and shipping was quick, but...because of the lack of communication I did nothing but worry that something had gone wrong with the transaction. I don't need that kind of worry in my life.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
