Phone was in good shape and came well packaged and included a charger and SIM tray eject tool. Great experience, would buy from again.
I never bought a "B" grade phone before and wasn't sure what to expect. Well, it definitely looked used, although everything works fine. If you don't want any scratches or scuffs and in my case tape residue as well, go for mint condition. I wish I had read more carefully the criteria for a B condition phone. My bad, not the sellers.

Like some other people on here have said, they were a little slow to ship. I ordered the phones last Sunday, and they were not accepted by the post office until around close of business Wednesday. They did however, send the phones priority, and we had them by Friday morning which is acceptable to me. The quality of the phones, however, really surprised me as I could not find a single blemish or scratch on either of them and they work perfectly so far. Would highly recommend this seller.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
