Phone received was a T-mobile locked version, not an unlocked AT&T version as advertised. The charger included with the phone does not work. I can make this work for what I need, so it's not worth the hassle of disputing the issues.

I am very happy with my decision to get this phone through this seller.

To give an idea of turnaround time, the phone was shipped within a day or two of the order being placed, and arrived a week after the order was placed; this was all during the Christmas holidays, so I imagine the shipping time took longer for this particular purchase than normal.

The phone arrived in excellent condition with a new charger/cable and SIM pin. The experience of receiving, activating, and beginning to use the phone was as fun and exciting as when opening a brand new phone.

The phone arrived in excellent condition (if I angle the screen just the right way, I can see micro-scratches, but in practical use, the scratches are not noticeable) with a new charger/cable and SIM pin. Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
