Item as described, fast shipping, seller willing to work with me when I had to change my shipping address and later when an issue cropped up with it, great transaction.
Phone nearly mint. Screen described as no scratches, but lots of hairline scratches around the bottom of the screen. My gift recipient was happy, so it's all good i suppose.

Im new to Swappa but this is my new go to when i want a new phone. My phone looks perfect and works great. I did complete the final step in a timely manner but it didnt go through but because of that i know my phone works perfect. Would definitely buy again from this company.

A little slow to ship but the phone was in really good condition (as described) and was packaged very well.
Just got the phone, the process was easy (though i wish i got an email with the tracking number) all is good. the phone itself is exactly like the description told. No issues thus far (i will see how it is in a few weeks of using it). Very satisfied.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
