We were a bit disappointed in the packaging of the item. Phone was in a bubble mailer inside a flat rate box. The phone had no other form of padding or security and was definitely getting thrown around inside the box. Small signs of wear but still has plastic around the edges of phone. Looks great, have not fully tested charging yet. Waiting for phone case to come in today before we activate phone.

Excellent, no complaints, not only was the shipping incredibly fast but the phone itself despite the fact that it had a B rating for it's condition was pristine. Had it not been for the fact that it didn't come in it's original box with all the usual accessories such as the akg earphones and the case I probably wouldn't be able to tell that it wasn't new.

Phone looks to be in better condition than expected, and works perfectly! Couldn't be happier!
