It was a little rough but that was due to the Post Office - I’m still very happy with my purchase and the customer service team.
Item received. I wish it was padded better in the box. "something was banging around in the box", according to my MailMan. It was the little brown bubble-wrap envelope the phone was in, loose in t he box. It SEEMS to be OK right now, hopefully nothing was damaged inside during shipping.
Phone arrived promptly and in the condition advertised. Overall positive experience. Would buy from again.
There was a little bit of a problem with the USPS tracking system but the seller was responsive.
Exactly what I needed the phone works great and is in amazing condition for the price I definatly will buy from them again plus great customer service before the sale too!
Fast shipping and the item was exactly as described. The only problem I had was a small communication error that was quickly resolved. Would buy from them again.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
