The phone shipped pretty fast, when I go to set it up the phone had a factory reset lock on it! it wouldn't let me use the phone at all. I had to spend a couple of days trying to bypass the FRP. I managed to bypass the FRP but it was a big hassle, I had to hook up the phone to my pc just to unlock it. I shouldn't have to go through this

Phone not at all as described in listing. I believe it was a completely different phone than pictured. To sellers credit they did pay for the return shipping and refunded my money. That is the only reason I didn't give them a negative review instead of neutral.

Came in excellent condition, did not come with the little tool to open the sim/microSD tray.
EDIT: Had an issue with the phone after 20 Months, was not the Seller's fault but they did help try and resolve the issue.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
