Bought a mint Galaxy S9 Plus (Verizon) from this seller. Phone was as described. Had some odd issues with the phone itself and was given a full refund. Thanks for fixing the issue.
The phone arrived in a bubbly envelope with priority mail. Condition is as described. Fully functional.
Sorry for the delay - I received the phone safely, somehow. You guys need to be careful with packing!! The phone was just flopping around inside the box. The bubble sleeve was not sealed so the phone just slid out (I'm assuming). It looks and works ok, thankfully, but still. Wasn't pleased when opening the box.

I want to leave a positive review only because the seller was quick to respond and resolve my issue. I had recieved a phone that did not work properly. I tried it out and thought I had found a fix but it wasn't working. Once I let the seller know, he was more than willing to do a quick exchange of the phone. Instead of being stuck with a phone that sometimes has signal but majority of the time doesn't receive any messages or sends messages as soon as I returned the faulty phone he send out a new one that has worked great every since I got it!

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
