Phone was sent in a small flat-rate priority box. The phone came inside a small bubble envelope which wasn't sealed, but it did stay within the envelope until I pulled it out of the box. Definitely would've preferred it to be sealed though.
Phone is in good condition. Minor scratch on the screen, but acceptable for the price.

Perfect condition fast shipping
Phone listed as good condition but is more like mint. USPS damaged the packaging badly though, and i was concerned about the phone damage. Seems ok.
Shipping was quick and packaged appropriately. Cell phone came exactly how it was described.
Item shipped in reasonable time. Was as described.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
