Quick delivery. However, not able to activate the phone with TracFone Customer Service. TracFone hasn’t scanned it properly to allow for activation. A return label was sent to me, I returned the phone and a refund was issued. We are disappointed that the phone didn’t work with TracFone service but are satisfied with Swappa and this seller. Would use them again.

We strive to ship same-day via USPS Ground Advantage for orders placed before 1 PM EST, excluding Saturdays.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs. A restocking fees of upto 15% might be added if the device is in different condition on top of the market adjustment rate.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
