Phone works as intended. Unfortunately, I am unable to unlock the carrier so I'm looking to return it
Everything that you said on the description was accurate.
Box needed more protective packing. As well as markings outside the box to signal fragile item.

Phone purchased was mint and it looks brand new. Everything seems fine with it, even though the serial # and IMEA # were different than what was listed. Seller was quick to reply back that occasionally, they need to ship a comparable device with the same specs and condition and they guarantee the IMEI I received from them. I'm very happy with my purchase, just wish that info was more transparent on the listing.
There was a small hiccup during shipping, but this was no fault of the seller. Device is as described and I am happy with my purchase.

Excessive amounts of micro scratches on the phone that the seller dismissed.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship same-day via USPS Ground Advantage for orders placed before 1 PM EST, excluding Saturdays.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs. A restocking fees of upto 15% might be added if the device is in different condition on top of the market adjustment rate.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
